Revisit Building Fund & expanding our annual appeal discussion

- Ways to expand the mailing list for annual appeal - add “to current resident” to our mailings? (Check w/Pat - GIA mails some to individuals and ~388 to occupant, cross reference w/ other community appeal lists? (Grafton Grand List, Grafton News, Historical Society, Nature Museum, WCC, etc)

- Separate mailing/appeal letter specific to building fund? Different time of year?

- Direct personal appeals to specific individuals? (Generate list)

Review & complete TIAA paperwork
