Grafton Public Library Board of Trustees Meeting

Monday, July 27, 2026, 10:00am

Present: Michelle Dufort, Galen Johnson, Lucia Corwin, Donna Alexander Absent: John Saroff and Mary Beth Culver

1. Call to order: 10:07am

2. Public comment: none

3. Approve minutes from last meeting: Approved

4. Treasurer’s Report: postponed to next meeting

5. Librarian’s Report: Nathen A. Williams, our Portfolio Manager with TIAA, will attend the next trustees meeting. There will be a Watercolor Workshop with Melissa Hooke on August 9, 2-4pm for teens and adults. The class is full. The next Neighbor-to-Neighbor Poetry Evening will be on Tuesday, August 25 from 6:30-8:00pm.

6. Old Business: The trustees met with Lisa Butler, Trust Administer/Institutional Trust, TIAA Trust, N.A. by zoom in order to answer questions about the required paperwork that needs to be signed. There were too many unanswered questions before the forms can be completed. Lisa will get back to us with answers so that we can sign the forms at the next meeting.

7. New Business: Tabled until next meeting.
